This site is wonderful to help you determine which meals to eat. Depending on your goal i.e. weight loss, muscle build or maintain they will suggest a calorie intake per day split over protein, carbs and fat. You specify how many meals you want to eat per day, press “generate” and it will give you a full menu. Read More
The Online Store Bandwagon!

So you want to jump on the fast moving Bandwagon and open a Online Store? Well you would be right to as it certainly does seem to be where the world of retail is heading!
However, before you make the leap it would be wise to first consider the steps that go into creating this store or else you might just find yourself running behind the cart holding on for dear life thinking, “how did this get so complicated!?!”
The bottom line is, opening a online store is as much work as opening a physical shop.
Below I have listed the similarities and the differences between the two so that when you embark on this exciting adventure you will at least know just how hard you are going to have to work in order to catch up to that expeditious wagon and will therefore be able to summon your energy beforehand.

| Rent: You will have to rent or buy a property from which to sell out of | Hosting & Rent: You will have to rent a space on the web from which to host your store.While this might be considerably cheaper than renting a physical store, depending on what you are selling, you might still need to rent a space to store your stock.

Most people know I have an infatuation with all things Scandi. One thing in particular is Copenhagen and the feast of aesthetic that comes with it. We just returned to Cape Town after part of our team headed out to Copenhagen on an exploratory trip. Watch this space for updates on what we’re planning.
